The Role

We take this role seriously and hold it in very high regard.  We are seeking an energised Receptionist for our Sydney CBD office.  Reporting directly to the Sydney Office Manager and working closely with an exceptional Business Support Team, we want you to provide your ability to enhance the office environment and ensure a positive experience for all our staff, clients and visitors. 

This is a pivotal role for our high performing and busy Sydney CBD office, the largest single office within Northrop. A dynamic, fast paced environment, the role will also include supporting our people. Your role will require you to;

  • Create a great impression of us all to clients, visitors and staff

  • Attending to all incoming calls with a courteous, friendly and helpful approach

  • Manage and own the front desk and the tasks that go with it

The Candidate

We are interested in hearing from those who have had previous receptionist, customer service and/or hospitality experience. As the successful candidate you will possess:

  • A professional and culture building personality with strong customer service skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Experience with phones 
  • A true desire to serve/support
  • Desire to be the best at whatever you do
  • Great rapport builder
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Be a reliable team player
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring quality and accuracy for all tasks completed
  • Pride in your work
