The Role 

Our busy Sydney Building Services Section is looking for a high-performing Building Services Mechanical Modeller with attributes and aspirations of moving into a Group Manager role.

With a key focus on people and projects, the role will generally comprise of the design of all mechanical services for buildings ranging from large commercial and residential buildings to aged care, health care and universities with view of gaining management responsibilities. Rest assured, you will receive the necessary support and resources required for you to be successful, of course.

This role can be based in either our Sydney CBD or Parramatta office, depending on the successful candidate's preference. 

The Candidate

  • Proven local experience (5 years +) as a HVAC modeller within the building services industry. Only candidates with experience in Building Services can be considered for this role. 
  • Highly proficient in revit, BIM experience is desirable. 
  • Able to speak and write clearly, concisely, and compellingly. 
  • Creative problem-solving skills to continually finds ways to overcome challenges. 
  • Strong team ethic to work collaboratively across functional groups. 
  • Able to find common ground and gain personal and professional trust.
